Delivery
The total delivery time comprises the processing time and shipping time. The processing time varies depending on the items you purchase.
Processing:
We strive to deliver most orders within 3-7 business days. However, please note that some orders, particularly those involving handmade products, may require 6-15 business days due to the complexity of the production process.
If you encounter any issues with your order, our dedicated Customer Support team is ready to assist you. Simply submit a ticket through our Support Center, and we will respond promptly within 24 hours.
Tracking Your Order
Please be aware that tracking numbers may take a few days to become active on the tracking website. If the information is not immediately available, we kindly ask you to try again later. Rest assured, the estimated shipping time remains valid, regardless of tracking site updates.
Tax and Duties
We ship all packages from ColorStepShoes Warehouses. While customs clearance is typically required for only a limited number of countries, we understand that in some cases, customs taxes may apply. If you receive a tax payment notification, please contact us first, and we will communicate with the shipping company. If customs duties still need to be paid in the end, the customer needs to bear the cost.
