Order Cancelation
Please be aware that once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Only orders that are in the paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be eligible for modification. If you wish to cancel a shipped order, it is important to contact our dedicated customer service team as soon as possible. Our agents will assist you to the best of their ability. However, if an order cannot be canceled, we kindly ask that you accept the package and refer to our warranty page for further instructions and assistance.
Customer Code of Conduct
At Colorstepshoes, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. We expect all customers to engage with our Customer Service Team in a polite, professional, and respectful manner. Unacceptable behavior towards our Customer Service staff or Colorstepshoes will not be tolerated. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to:
- Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior, including direct or implied threats, intimidating language, personal or verbal abuse, derogatory remarks, rudeness, inflammatory statements, swearing, and unsubstantiated allegations.
- Persistently making vexatious or demanding complaints, despite the matter being resolved or reasonable solutions offered.
- Requesting or demanding staff to breach company policy guidelines, such as refund amounts or timeframes, or seeking unrealistic outcomes beyond our policies and procedures. Please note that refund amounts cannot exceed the original order amount paid to Colorstepshoes.
- Changing the nature or focus of a complaint or desired outcome after a formal response has been provided.
- Excessive number of complaints compared to the total purchase value history, including opening an excessive number of Live Chat or tickets.
For such behavior, customers may be advised and formally notified of the following:
- Their language and behavior are offensive, abusive, threatening, and unacceptable.
- They must refrain from using such language, intimidation, and threats.
- Further correspondence on the matter will cease if the behavior persists.
- Colorstepshoes reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer without further notice.
Colorstepshoes Complaint Escalation Process

If a customer is dissatisfied with the solution offered by our Customer Service, they may contact our Customer Service Supervisor by submitting a new ticket in the "submit a formal complaint" section or by emailing us at services@colorstepshoes.com.
Please ensure you contact us within 3 months from the shipment date if you have not received your package (standard, flat rate, or priority shipping). For deliveries to Latin America, this deadline is extended to 4 months for postal deliveries. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the shipment date. After this period, we may not be able to offer compensation. Please note that packages shown as delivered on the shipping courier's website by expedited shipping method are exempt from this policy.
We strive to respond to all complaints within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays, to address your concerns in a timely manner.
